  • Opening hours

    The DAF Museum is opened: 
    Tuesday to and including Sunday, from 10 a.m. till 5 p.m

    The DAF Museum is closed on: 

    • New Year's Day (1 January)
    • Easter Sunday
    • King's Day (27 April)
    • Liberation Day (May 5)
    • Christmas Eve (closed from 15.30)  
    • Christmas Day and Boxing Day
    • 31 December (closed from 15.30)

    Closed on Mondays, except for Easter Monday and white Monday.


     
  • Admission prices

    Payment may be effected by means of a bank card with PIN code.

    Adults: € 13,50 p/p
    Students: € 8,00 p/p
    Children from 5 till 15 years and accompanied by an adult: € 6,00 p/p
    Children untill 4 years and accompanied by an adult: Free  
    Museumcard (showing the card):
    Free  
    Helper of person with disabilities: Free  

    Pets are not allowed in the museum with the exception of service dogs.

    The DAF Museum has no influence on and therefore takes no responsibility for incorrectly stating admission prices on websites other than those of the DAF Museum (www.dafmuseum.nl).

    Guided tours
    During openinghours after reservation: €30,- per guide (size of group 15 to maximum 20 persons).
    Outside openinghours after reservation: €75,- per guide (size of group 15 to maximum 20 persons).
    > Request a museumtour

    > There are special arrangements for primary schools that take part in the Traffic Education scheme.
    > A free hunt is available at the entrance for children aged 6-15. faultless completion of forms will be rewarded with a nice present.
    > The Museum Shop can be visited at all times without visitors having to buy a ticket!
    > Donors and friends of the Museum are admitted free of charge and are entitled to a 10% discount on all your purchases in the Museum shop (with the exception of books) 

     
  • Route

    1. On foot:
    The Museum is located in the centre of Eindhoven at about a fifteen-minute walk from the Central Railwaystation. The council has signposted the route to the Museum.

    2. Using public transport:
    Bus number 5 from the bus station (at the rear of the railway station) stops stops in front of the Museum (Tongelresestraat, near the lift bridge).

    3. By car:

    The DAF Museum is located in the center of Eindhoven where a parking fee applies. Please note, also the address where the DAF Museum is located, the ‘’Tongelresestraat” together with  the adjacent side streets are part of a parking zone where a parking fee applies. 

    Parking is available via regular parking apps or at a payment machine. 

    Coming from the direction of:

    Antwerp (on the A67):
    Take the A67 towards Eindhoven. Bear left on the Leenderheide roundabout and you will pass under the motorway towards Eindhoven. Carry straight on after the roundabout (Floralaan). Turn right at the second set of traffic lights (ringroad). Turn left at the second set of traffic lights past the bridge across the Eindhoven Canal (Tongelresestraat). You will find the DAF Museum on the right near the lift bridge where the Tongelresestraat ends.

    Helmond (on the A270 & N270)
    Take the A270 (and N270) towards Eindhoven as far as the roundabout with the traffic lights, take the third exit towards the railway viaduct. After the viaduct, turn right at the traffic lights. You will find the DAF Museum on the right near the lift bridge where the Tongelresestraat ends.

    's Hertogenbosch (on the A2)
    Take the A2 motorway towards Eindhoven. When close to Eindhoven, go on to the A58 towards Helmond. Turn right at the traffic lights (just after the IKEA on the left) into the John F. Kennedylaan. Turn left at the next set of traffic lights (towards Helmond). Turn right at the next set of traffic lights that will come next after passing the twin tunnel under the railwayline: Tongeleresestraat. You will find the DAF Museum on the right near the lift bridge where the Tongelresestraat ends.

    Nijmegen (on the A50)
    Take the A50 towards Eindhoven. Carry straight on at the traffic lights (at the end of the A50) into the John F.Kennedylaan. Turn left at the next set of traffic lights (towards Helmond). Turn right at the next set of traffic lights that will come next after passing the twin tunnel under the railwayline: Tongeleresestraat. You will find the DAF Museum on the right near the lift bridge where the Tongelresestraat ends.

    Maastricht (on the A2)
    Take the A2 towards Eindhoven. Carry straight on at the Leenderheide roundabout towards Eindhoven-Tongelre. Go straight on at the roundabout (Floralaan). Turn right at the second set of traffic lights (ringroad). You will find the DAF Museum on the right near the lift bridge where the Tongelresestraat ends.

    Tilburg (on the A58)
    Take the A58 towards Eindhoven. When close to Eindhoven, turn into the direction of Helmond. Turn right at the traffic lights (just after the IKEA on the left) into the John F. Kennedylaan. Turn left at the next set of traffic lights towards Helmond. Turn right at the next set of traffic lights that will come next after passing the twin tunnel under the railwayline: Tongeleresestraat. You will find the DAF Museum on the right near the lift bridge where the Tongelresestraat ends.

    Venlo (on the A67)
    Take the A67 towards Eindhoven. Turn right at the Leenderheide roundabout towards Eindhoven-Tongelre. Go straight on at the roundabout (Floralaan). Turn right at the second set of traffic lights (ringroad). You will find the DAF Museum on the right near the lift bridge where the Tongelresestraat ends.
